Ingredients:
- 150g of all-purpose flour
- 100g of granulated sugar
- 50g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 large egg
- 120ml of milk
- 50ml of vegetable oil
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 100g of powdered sugar
- 50ml of water
- Black food coloring

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, and whisk well.
- Add the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter evenly into a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar with water and a few drops of black food coloring until you achieve a thick glaze.
- Use a piping bag to create a web design on top of each cupcake with the black glaze.
