Ingredients:

  • 200g of pasta (your choice)
  • 150g of feta cheese
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, dried oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the tomatoes and cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta is slightly golden.
  • While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook your pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Once the feta and tomatoes are done, remove them from the oven and mash the feta into a creamy texture using a fork.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and mix everything together until well combined.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
