Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, all-purpose flour, water, and salt until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until it's smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a tennis ball.
- On a floured surface, use a rolling pin to flatten each ball into a thin round shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and puffy.
- Remove from the skillet and add any optional toppings if desired.
