  • 60ml of water

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, all-purpose flour, water, and salt until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for a few minutes until it's smooth and elastic.
  • Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a tennis ball.
  • On a floured surface, use a rolling pin to flatten each ball into a thin round shape.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  • Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and puffy.
  • Remove from the skillet and add any optional toppings if desired.
