  • 1 large baguette
  • 100g of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100g of cooked ham, sliced
  • 150g of spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, creating two open loaves.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, sliced ham, chopped spinach, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Spoon the filling mixture evenly into each half of the baguette.
  • Place the stuffed bread loaves on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces and serving.
