Ingredients:

  • 200g of porchetta
  • 1 ciabatta roll
  • 50g of arugula
  • 30g of provolone cheese
  • 10g of olive oil
  • 10g of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Slice the porchetta into thin pieces.
  • Heat a grill or pan over medium heat and add the porchetta slices.
  • Cook the porchetta for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through and slightly crispy.
  • While the porchetta is cooking, slice the ciabatta roll in half and drizzle the inside with olive oil.
  • Once the porchetta is ready, place it on the bottom half of the ciabatta roll.
  • Top the porchetta with arugula and add slices of provolone cheese.
  • Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the toppings and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Close the sandwich with the top half of the ciabatta roll, press gently, and serve immediately.
