Ingredients:
- 200g of porchetta
- 1 ciabatta roll
- 50g of arugula
- 30g of provolone cheese
- 10g of olive oil
- 10g of balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Slice the porchetta into thin pieces.
- Heat a grill or pan over medium heat and add the porchetta slices.
- Cook the porchetta for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through and slightly crispy.
- While the porchetta is cooking, slice the ciabatta roll in half and drizzle the inside with olive oil.
- Once the porchetta is ready, place it on the bottom half of the ciabatta roll.
- Top the porchetta with arugula and add slices of provolone cheese.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the toppings and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the ciabatta roll, press gently, and serve immediately.
