Ingredients:

  • 200g of salmon fillet
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes
  • 50g of spinach
  • 100ml of heavy cream
  • 30g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Skillet
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, then place it in the skillet skin-side down.
  • Cook for about 6-7 minutes, then flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes, sauté for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
  • Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt and combine.
  • Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over it.
  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm through. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
