Ingredients:
- 200g of salmon fillet
- 100g of cherry tomatoes
- 50g of spinach
- 100ml of heavy cream
- 30g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, then place it in the skillet skin-side down.
- Cook for about 6-7 minutes, then flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes, sauté for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
- Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt and combine.
- Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over it.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm through. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
