Instructions:

  • Start by slicing the sponge cake into small cubes.
  • In a trifle dish, layer half of the sponge cake cubes at the bottom.

  • Pour half of the vanilla pudding over the berries, smoothing it out with the back of a spoon.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining sponge cake cubes, honey, mixed berries, and vanilla pudding.
  • Top the trifle with whipped cream, spreading it evenly across the top.
  • Garnish with almond slivers and mint leaves for added decoration.
