Ingredients:
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 50g of unsalted butter
- 75g of granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 50g of all-purpose flour
- 30g of cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 30g of pretzels, crushed
- 50g of caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt for topping

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together until smooth.
- Add the granulated sugar to the bowl and mix well until combined.
- Beat in the egg until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, adding a pinch of salt, then stir until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed pretzels gently into the brownie batter.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased baking pan, then drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top.
- Spread the remaining brownie batter over the caramel layer and drizzle with the rest of the caramel sauce.
- Using a spatula, swirl the caramel into the brownie batter to create a marbled effect. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving and enjoy your salted caramel pretzel brownies.
