Ingredients:
- 100g of all-purpose flour
- 50g of unsalted butter, softened
- 30g of powdered sugar
- 1 small lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 tsp of dried culinary lavender
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and dried lavender to the mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and salt to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Once combined, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before serving.
