Ingredients:

  • 100g of digestive biscuits
  • 50g of unsalted butter
  • 200g of cream cheese
  • 50g of granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 100ml of eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
