Ingredients:
- 100g of digestive biscuits
- 50g of unsalted butter
- 200g of cream cheese
- 50g of granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 100ml of eggnog
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Melt the unsalted butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs until well combined.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth using an electric mixer.
- Add the egg, eggnog, vanilla extract, and ground nutmeg, and mix until everything is well combined and creamy.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan and serve.
