Ingredients:
- 200g of graham cracker crumbs
- 50g of unsalted butter
- 200g of cream cheese
- 100g of pumpkin puree
- 50g of granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
- In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Pour the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing into bars.
