Ingredients:

  • 200g of graham cracker crumbs
  • 50g of unsalted butter
  • 200g of cream cheese
  • 100g of pumpkin puree
  • 50g of granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter. Mix until well combined.
  • Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
  • In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  • Pour the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing into bars.
