Ingredients:
- 100g of all-purpose flour
- 50g of butter
- 50g of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 50g of jam (any flavor)
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour and a pinch of salt, stirring until a dough forms.
- Roll small balls of dough (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Using your thumb or a spoon, create an indent in the center of each dough ball.
- Fill each indent with a small amount of jam.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
