Ingredients:
- 2 oz of bourbon
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 orange peel
- 1 cherry
- wood chips for smoking
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Begin by lighting the wood chips in your smoker and allowing them to smolder.
- In a mixing glass, add the sugar cube and bitters. Muddle them together until the sugar dissolves.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and pour in the bourbon.
- Stir until well chilled (about 30 seconds).
- Prepare your rocks glass by adding a large ice cube.
- Strain the chilled bourbon mixture into the rocks glass over the ice cube.
- Using a smoking gun, introduce the smoke into the glass for a couple of seconds, then cover it with a lid to trap the smoke.
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel and a cherry on top before serving.
